IN-APP PURCHASES & CONTENT ACCESS
Android Users: You will be prompted to create an account in-app before you can then subscribe via the Google Play Store. Once you have subscribed, your username and password created in-app will also grant you access to content via rogergracietv.com
iOS Users (Important): If you have subscribed in-app via your Apple device, you will need to create an account post-purchase in order to access content. To do so, click on the cog icon in the bottom right corner of the app > Login > Create New Account. Once you have created your account, login with your username (preferably your Apple ID email) and password on both the app and rogergracietv.com to access content.
If you create an account and still are not able to watch the paid content, you need to 'restore purchase' in-app to match your recently set up account with your payment information.
If you are still not able to watch the premium content after paying for it on Apple, creating the account and restoring the purchase - please take a screenshot of the payment information in your mobile device and send that to us with the account details (name, email) so we can investigate.
