Can I cancel recurring subscription at anytime?
Yes, you can. All subscription plans operate on a recurring monthly or annual basis and you can cancel or re-instate your subscription at any time from the billing section in your Roger Gracie TV account. We do not offer refunds for pre-paid subscription periods and we don’t take email cancellations.
How do I access the content?
Once you have signed up, you can login to view content on desktop, smartphone or tablet.
Can I watch content offline?
Yes. Once you have signed-up, you will be able to download our free iOS and Android Apps and login using your online credentials. You will then be able to download the content to view offline on your smartphone or tablet.
Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card via the link in the footer bar or directly on the checkout page. You can either choose a suggested amount or type in your own amount.
After purchasing the gift card, a redemption code is then instantly generated for the user to send to the gift recipient. A copy of this code, along with a receipt, is sent to the buyer via email. It is highly recommended that the buyer keeps the code and saves it for safekeeping.
When the recipient redeems the code, they will not have to enter any card details for future payments unless they decide to top up the gift amount to a higher price product and need to pay a balance.
